AI teammates that work while everyone sleeps.

The challenge
Hundreds of recorded calls and a steady stream of team-chat and email requests needed review, summaries and follow-up. The work piled up faster than people could get to it.
Our approach
We built unattended AI agents that run on a schedule, analyse new material, investigate requests and write their findings where the team already works. Strict guardrails mean they can read data but never change it.
Everyday impact
Follow-ups and investigations are ready before the team logs in.
What we built
New call recordings are pulled automatically, analysed by AI, written up as a per-call document, and action items are appended to a tracker.
A rolling index of analysed calls is rebuilt automatically, so anyone can browse by month.
Team-chat mentions and emails are picked up, investigated by an AI agent, and answered with a standalone report.
A small dashboard shows what the agents are doing, with tested pollers behind it.
Hooks block database writes, agents use read-only access, and every report follows a standard template.
How it works
A scheduler wakes the agents and checks for new recordings or requests.
Each item is analysed or investigated by an AI agent with read-only access.
Findings are written up as reports, and action items go to the tracker.
The team reviews results in the tools they already use.
