Byte Harbor Inc. is a Calgary-based, family-run technology agency founded by Vishal Singh. We work with a trusted group of local and offshore developers to build websites, software and automation for businesses across Canada and the US.

Vishal Singh

Founder

Vishal is a senior frontend and web platform engineer with a Master of Science in Information Technology. He builds with React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js, and works with Supabase, PostgreSQL and third-party APIs. He has delivered on Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, commercetools and enterprise content platforms including Sitecore XM Cloud.

His work includes internal dashboards, scheduling systems, payment workflows, messaging platforms and AI-assisted features that reduce repetitive work.

Byte Harbor is a family business: Vishal runs it together with his wife, and leads the engineering on every project.

Why we started

Turning requirements into software that gets used

Many businesses know exactly what slows them down. The spreadsheet that runs scheduling. The inbox that hides customer requests. The website nobody can update. Turning that into a clear, buildable plan is the hard part.

We started Byte Harbor to close that gap: to sit down with business owners and teams, understand how the work really happens, and build digital tools that fit. Sometimes that’s a new website. Sometimes it’s a portal, an integration, or an automation that removes an hour of copy-paste every day.

Byte Harbor is family-run, and we stay directly involved in every project, from the first conversation through launch and support.
