Multi-tenant partner portal

Each partner sees their own results, and nothing else.

Overview

The challenge

Business partners wanted to see the outcomes of a shared programme for their own people. Billing was based on milestones that had to be tracked by hand.

Our approach

We built a multi-tenant portal where each partner sees only their organisation’s data, with outcome analytics and milestone-based invoicing.

Built with

  • React
  • Supabase
  • Recharts
  • Playwright
  • Vercel

Standout features

  • Strict per-organization data isolation
  • Outcome analytics: milestone funnels, trends and survey scores with flexible filters
  • Achieved milestones turn into invoices automatically

Everyday impact

Partners serve their own reporting, and invoicing no longer lives in a spreadsheet.

What we built

Inside the system

  • Strict data isolation

Partner logins only ever see their own organisation’s data.

  • Flexible filters

Filter by organisation, group, date range and pilot.

  • Outcome analytics

Milestone funnels, distributions, trend charts and survey-score cards.

  • Milestone-based invoicing

Achieved milestones flow into a ledger that turns them into invoices, with invoice history.

  • Partner user admin

Admins manage partner users, and a changelog keeps partners informed of updates.

How it works

From start to finish

  1. 01

A partner signs in and sees only their organisation.

  2. 02

Charts update as their people reach milestones.

  3. 03

Milestones are recorded in a ledger.

  4. 04

Invoices are generated from the ledger automatically.

Financial health monitor & revenue ledger

Know where every dollar is: earned, billed and paid.

    Standout features

    • 67 automated checks rolled up into a green, amber or red health board
    • A monthly ledger that drills down to the exact rows behind any number
    • ⌘K global search where every ID becomes a clickable name

    Everyday impact

Problems surface the day they happen instead of at month-end.
